On Wednesday, March 11, we will have the pleasure and honor of hosting Mauro Valente who, together with his wife Giogi and his sister-in-law Peppa, runs Santamadonna, a temporary store brand operating throughout Italy with 300,000 followers..
We will have the opportunity to learn directly from the Management Team about the evolution of this company, founded in 1891 by Nunzio Ramelli with a small stall near the Cathedral of Bisceglie, and now successfully operating online with a business model centered on direct customer engagement, also carried out through live streaming and informative video content.
Mauro, Giogi, and Peppa will tell us how they have developed this new frontier of business across Italy through traveling stores that remain open for a short period of time in a predetermined location.
This “immersive marketing” model, which conceptually expands the scope of e-commerce, will be presented by its key protagonists and will open up interesting educational perspectives for us.
We sincerely thank Professor Grazia Saracino for making this event possible.
